I had no prior experience in selling a property and my first call to Anna Maria confirmed to me that she is very willing to explain the process in a manner I could understand. Based on that phone call, I had made the decision that Anna Maria would provide the conveyancing services.
She was very quick in organising the section 32 for my property. Within the week, section 32 was ready and available on the first opening for the property.
Selling the property proved to be very stressful and without Anna Maria’s professional service and her personalised touch, I don’t know how I would have survived! I say this due to the fact that we went through two offers that didn’t eventuate. Anna Maria was on the ball each time and always contacted me before I contacted her.
